Novena is a small family owned and operated business that is committed to providing quality skin care that promotes health and well-being for both mother and child. We manufacture in small batches to bring you only the freshest and purest skin care products. Personal Organic skincare and body care product sales are generally regarded as a final sale. We highly recommend reviewing the ingredient deck to assure that you are not allergic to any of the natural organic ingredients we use. Our sample packets are a wonderful way to try our products prior to placing your initial order; however should you ever have the need to exchange an item or your parcel arrived in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us of your circumstance and we will happily assist you. Novena Maternal Skin Care allows for returns or exchanges with a RMA return authorization number and within a 7 day period from the date your order arrives. Items must be unopened in their original containers and in new condition to receive a refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive the items. Shipping fees charged at time of purchase are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must have an RMA and should be shipped with tracking# to guarantee delivery.
Sales or Promotions: Sale and or promotional coupon items are final sale and are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges unless item arrived damaged (see damages for details).
Shipping charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable including orders that qualified for promotional shipping. This includes reduced or free shipping promotions: standard shipping rates will be deducted from refund amount to cover shipping and handling costs under all circumstances unless item arrived damaged (see damages for details).
International orders: International orders are final sale and not subject to refunds unless items arrived damaged (see damages for details).
Damages: When your order arrives, please inspect your products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the exterior shipping packaging to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the actual product(s) inside your shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. For immediate attention, please provide us with the order number along with your email address and phone number. Also to assure prompt resolution, we ask that you retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Important Message: Our shipping department personnel physically inspects and packs each individual order assuring that all items are intact and in perfect condition. It is a federal offense to falsely claim that an item was stolen, tampered with by a mail carrier or anyone other than the recipient. It is a federal offence for anyone other than the recipient to tamper with or open package without the direct permission of the recipient. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we require that you send your return with tracking#. Return shipping fees are refundable upon the inspections department confirmation of the damaged item.
