International Orders: Please note that Novena Maternal Skin Care can not guarantee date of arrival. After your order has left the US and enters into your country we have no authority on the release of your order from customs. It may take up to 20 working days or more to receive although this is not typical. We are diligently working towards worldwide distribution. International orders are final sale and can not be returned. Port of entry tariffs may or may not be requested by your country. Custom tariff is not the US shipping fee. Tariffs are dependent on the size and destination of order.   

 

Domestic Orders: Shipping charges are calculated through FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. There is a minimal product handling cost included. Shipment for most standard orders ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the order date.

 

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped within FL State. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at info@ novenamaternity.com


Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

 
Credit cards accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Pay Pal  


We're sorry, we do not accept: CODs, Layaway plan, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.


 

Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria

 

Return Policy: We want you to love your products!  Novena is committed to providing quality skin care that promotes health and wellbeing for both mother and child.  Personal Organic skincare and body care product sales are generally regarded as final and not subject to return  however should you ever buy anything from us that is not pleasing or satisfactory to you we are happy to correct it with a replacement or refund. Please contact us at  info@ novenamaternity.com  inform us of the issue and we will happily assist you. Novena Cosmeceuticals Inc allows for returns or exchanges within a 30 day   period after the date of purchase with approval from our customer service department. The products must be in their original containers and no more than 1/3 of the product missing. Shipping charges are not refundable including orders that shipping charges were not initially charged due to a free shipping promotion or a qualifying for free shipping minimum order. If shipping charges were not charged, Shipping charges will be as follows. Four items or more and five item product kits $19.75. Three items or less $10.95. USPS Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund under all circumstances.

Sales or Promotions: Sale and or promotional items are final sales and are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges unless item arrived damaged. please see Damages: for criteria. 

To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your packing slip (note on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken), along with a print out of the email approval confirmation number obtained from our customer service department and ship your package pre-paid and tracked to the address that you will obtain from customer service.

 
Please note:  The receipt of products without a copy of the return authorization number e-mail will not result in a refund.  Only products purchased on Novena Maternity online may be returned for refund or exchange. Damages: When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us immediately at info@ novenamaternity.com   Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Note: our shipping department personnel physically inspects and packs each individual order assuring that all items are intact and in perfect condition. It is a federal offence to falsely claim that an item was tampered with by a mail carrier or anyone other than the recipient. It is a federal offence for anyone other than the recipient to tamper with or open package without the direct permission of the recipient. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we require that you send your return with tracking. Return shipping fees are refundable upon the inspections department confirmation of the damaged item.
