    International Orders

     

    International orders must ship Global Priority. Shipping fee charged at time of order does not include custom tariff fees. This is not a US fee. Global Priority shipping tariffs can cost from $13.00 to $45.00 USD dependent on the size of your order and destination of order. Please be aware of this when estimating your total cost. By placing an order you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these shipping charges. These charges will be charged separately. Please note that Novena Maternal Skin Care can not guarantee date of arrival. After your order has left the US and enters into your country we have no authority on the release of your order from customs. It may take up to 20 working days or more to receive although this is not typical.

     

    We are diligently working towards worldwide distribution.

     

     

    Domestic Orders

    Shipping charges will be calculated through USPS Priority Mail. There is a per product handling charge included. Shipment for most standard orders ship within 2-3 business days.

     

    We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped within FL State. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at info@novenamaternity.com


    Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

    We're sorry, we do not accept: CODs, Layaway plan, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S.


    Important information:

    For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria

     

    Return Policy

    Novena Cosmeceuticals Inc allows for returns or exchanges within a 30-day period from date of purchase and post marked no later than 30 days of the date of purchace. The products must be in their original containers and no more than 1/3 of the product missing. Shipping charges are not refundable including orders that shipping charges were not initially charged due to a free shipping promotion or a qualifying for free shipping minimum order purchase. USPS Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund under all circumstances. Shipping charges will be as follows. 5 product kits $15.75,  4  products $13.05,  3 or less products $8.95.

     

    International orders must be shipped back Global Priority with tracking information.  International order refund tariffs apply to each country of origin. Refunds will be granted upon the receipt of items in acceptable condition.

     

    To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your receipt (note on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken), and ship your package pre-paid and tracked to

    Damages

    When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please email us immediately at info@novenamaternity.com Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

    For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS with tracking  or tracked Parcel Post. We apologize; but return shipping fees are not refundable even in the event when an ordered qualified for free shipping.
